For more than 30 years, Dr. Gina Brar has provided personalized Internal Medicine and primary care to patients in the Fresno area.

Our Concierge Medicine program allows Dr. Brar to care for a smaller group of patients, providing more time, easier access and greater continuity of care.

Every office visit is personally provided by Dr. Gina Brar.

You will not be routinely passed from one provider to another. Dr. Brar personally knows your medical history, medications, specialists and ongoing healthcare needs.

WHY CONCIERGE MEDICINE?

Modern medical practices often require physicians to see large numbers of patients every day, resulting in shorter appointments and less time for discussion, prevention and coordination of care.

Dr. Brar's Concierge Medicine practice is intentionally different.

By maintaining a smaller patient panel, Dr. Brar is able to spend more time with each patient, provide enhanced access and develop the long-term physician-patient relationship that has always been central to her practice of medicine.

Concierge membership provides enhanced access, convenience and personalized coordination of your healthcare.

Membership benefits include:

• Enhanced access to Dr. Brar and her office

• Same-day or next-business-day appointments when reasonably available

• Longer appointments when medically appropriate

• Greater flexibility in scheduling

• Direct communication with the practice

• Comprehensive annual health assessment and personalized wellness planning

• Preventive-health screening and risk assessment

• Medication review and coordination

• Assistance coordinating specialist consultations and diagnostic testing

• Follow-up after hospitalization, emergency-room visits and specialist consultations when the office is notified

• Greater continuity for patients managing multiple or complex medical conditions

• A physician who personally knows your medical history and ongoing healthcare needs

Most importantly:

Your care remains personal.

Office visits are personally provided by Dr. Gina Brar — not routinely delegated to a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

MEMBERSHIP

$1,800 Per Year

$450 Quarterly

Membership is handled directly through Dr. Brar's office.

There is no outside concierge company involved in enrolling new members.

The concierge membership fee is for enhanced access, convenience, communication, care coordination and other membership services.

Medicare and PPO insurance are accepted for covered professional medical services.

Concierge membership is not health insurance and does not replace Medicare or other medical insurance.
